Our Customers

Our core customers break down into three main groups:

Pre-starts and start-ups
A business six months before it starts to 18 months old

Micro
18 months + and less than 10 employees

SME
More than 18 months old, more than 10 employees and less than 250

Many of our clients started in the first category have progressed to the latter. We have relevant programmes and a pathway to guide you through to prosperity.

65% of our customers are aged 20-35
30% of our customers are aged 36-50
5 % of our customers are aged 51+

All work is carried out with a combination of face-to-face meetings and our own preparation. We will then set up meetings with specialists such as lawyers, accountants, web designers, IT advisers and sales consultancies if we feel it appropriate.

Every client relationship we have is different and we pride ourselves at being able to quickly forge strong bonds of respect and trust.

Costs are quoted per project and often we can find grants via organisations such as the LDA, BL4L and NEF to subsidise any fees.
